Experts in the themes of the WCAEBE are members of the International Scientific and Technical Committee. As a member of the International Committee, they advise on Scientific and Technical developments of the World Conference series on Accelerating Excellence in the Built Environment. Members of the Committee will chair or organise one or more of the WCAEBE's Sessions in which the international community that includes experts, senior Government representatives, wider industry sectors and other stakeholders will present papers.
